Who we are

Sonnebos is the site of Sonja de Boer. Questions about your details? Email design@sonnebon.com.

The mailing list

If you sign up for the mailing list, we keep only your email address. We use it to send you an email now and then about new work and the project, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share it.

The list is kept at Brevo, a French newsletter service. Brevo stores the data within the EU and uses it only on our behalf.

Your consent

After signing up you get an email with a link. Only when you click that link are you added to the list: that click is your consent. If you don't click, we send you nothing.

Unsubscribing and deletion

• You can unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
• Want to know what details we hold about you, or want us to delete your address completely? Email [EMAIL ADDRESS – to be filled in]. We will sort it out within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Buying work

Buying and checkout run through Shopify. What you fill in there, such as your name, address and payment details, Shopify handles under its own privacy policy. We see your order and address so we can send you the work.

Cookies and visits

This site sets no cookies of its own and keeps no visitor statistics. The pages come from Cloudflare and the works are loaded straight from Shopify; in doing so those services see technical details such as your IP address.
